Who this is for

For businesses where revenue rides on the phones.

This page is for you if you run a small or medium business with an outbound sales team — five seats or more — and revenue that depends on the phones ringing and the follow-ups happening.

Bring whoever runs your sales floor or your office. This page and the FAQ answer you both — the money and exit questions for one of you, the how-it-actually-runs questions for the other.

Sales & frontline revenue

If revenue is leaking at the front line, that's where we start.

Calls that ring out. Follow-ups that slip. Quotes that sit unanswered while the pipeline moves on. You don't need an industry statistic to know what that costs — and we won't quote you one. On the 15-minute call we'll put a number on it using your call volumes and your deal values.

Then we implement Aircall: routing and menus set up around how your sales floor actually runs, connected to your CRM where it helps, and your people trained on it before anything goes live. When we show you the product, it's our demo environment — and we'll say so.

Staged · goes live once the partnership is in force

We've strategically partnered with Aircall. The phone-system agreement itself is directly between you and Aircall.

How it works

What happens after yes.

01

A free 15-minute call

You talk, we listen, and together we put a rough number on the pain. Nothing is sold on this call — that's a rule, not a style.

02

The right next step, honestly

If the phones are the leak, we take you through Aircall — no obligation. If the pain is somewhere else, we tell you what we'd fix first. And if nothing's worth fixing yet, we say that too.

03

A written scope before any build

One page: the outcome, the fixed fee, the two-week clock, what "done" means, how your data flows, how you exit. Payment lands on acceptance — not upfront.

04

Built alongside your team

Week one we build and shadow the real work; week two runs in parallel until we've walked your staff through it and you've signed off. Then you own it — workflows in your accounts, one-page SOPs, full handover.

05

One workflow at a time, from there

Once the first one is earning its keep, the paid workflow audit goes deep on the rest of the business — and it's credited against the next implementation.

After the phones

One process at a time. Properly.

Chasing invoices. Paying bills without the Friday pile-up. Quotes out the door faster. An inbox that triages itself. Meeting notes that file themselves into the CRM. The monthly reporting pack.

Take invoice-chasing: find who owes what, write the follow-up, log the call, update the sheet, chase again next week — six steps for one "simple" task, before anyone has actually paid you. Every process on that list is like that once you map it honestly. Which is why fixing one properly beats gesturing at all of them: fix one process, hand the hours back, then pick the next.

We're here to get Australian SMEs actually adopting AI — one workflow at a time, embedded in the business, not experimented with on the side.

What we cover

The lanes we cover.

Sales and frontline revenue first

The calls, the follow-ups, the pipeline. Phones run on Aircall, set up and wired in by us.

Then the time behind the revenue

The books, the meeting notes, the admin. Done-for-you AI workflows on the tools you already run.

Tell us where the leak is, and we'll tell you which lane we'd check first. We don't sell anything out of the box.

Before you choose us

Your real alternatives, honestly.

Do nothing.

It's free — until you count the hours. That's why the 15-minute call puts a number on it — small or not, we'll tell you and leave you to it.

Do it yourself.

Plenty of businesses are already experimenting with ChatGPT, and most experiments stay experiments — nothing wired into the phones, the books or the CRM, nothing the team actually runs on. If someone on your team can build and maintain that internally, that's a genuine option.

Hire an automation agency.

They'll happily sell you a five-figure transformation program. We install one workflow at a time, priced in writing before we start — and you own everything we build, so there's nothing to rent back.

Just Sorted is run by career accountants. The numbers in your scoping document behave accordingly — counted, costed, never rounded up.

Proof

We won't invent proof. Here's what's real.

Rallee, a Sydney recruitment business, runs its day out of an operating system we built — pipeline, tasks, candidate records — on their own domain, in their own accounts. If Just Sorted walked away tomorrow, they'd keep every bit of it. That's what "you own it" means in practice.

OBSERVED PILOT — Rallee

It's one real installation, owned outright — and we won't dress it up as a size-matched case for every business reading this. No invented numbers, no testimonials we wrote ourselves. See what's actually shipped →

Your data

Where your data actually goes. Mostly, where it already lives.

Mostly, it stays exactly where it already lives — your Xero, your Google account, your calendar — not copied into a system of ours. The workflow itself does need a little operational data to do the job: bookings, call logs, messages. That mostly runs on overseas infrastructure today, same as almost every small-business tool in Australia — we're not pretending otherwise. Australian-hosted options exist and we're actively looking at them; if keeping data onshore matters to your business, raise it at the audit and we'll scope around it.

Straight answers

Questions businesses actually ask.

What does it cost?

The audit that finds the problem is free. If we build something afterward, the fee is scoped to what the audit actually finds and agreed in writing before we start — we don't publish a rate card because a generic number wouldn't mean anything for your business.

Am I locked into anything?

Everything we build lives in your own accounts, and the exit terms are written into the one-page scope before we start. If the phone system's involved, your Aircall subscription is a separate, direct agreement between you and Aircall — we'll walk you through its terms before anything is signed.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Every install gets a human-review point named in the scope before it goes live. What we can't yet show you is a track record — we don't have a measured accuracy result from a business your size, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.

You're two people. What if you disappear?

Honestly, we don't have a formal succession clause yet — ask us directly and we'll tell you exactly where things stand. What we can commit to in writing: you own every workflow and every credential, so nothing you rely on depends on us still being around.

Where does our data go?

Mostly, it stays where it already lives — the full answer is just above, and the specifics for your setup get mapped in writing at the audit.

If we stop paying, what do we keep?

Everything. Every workflow lives in your accounts from day one — there's nothing of ours to hand back.
